Physical Education is a participation based class and students will not earn daily points when not in attendance regardless of the reason for the absence. It is the student's responsibility to make up points lost due to an absence if the student wishes to maintain their grade.
Make up runs are available for students who would like to earn extra credit points or make up points that were lost through absences. Each run is worth 10 points and consists of two laps (.724 miles) around the Pleasant Grove track and must be completed in 10 minutes or less.
Make up runs are held every Wednesday during the school year both before school and after school. The morning run starts at 7:20AM and the afternoon run starts at 1:10PM. Students that are late will not be able to run.
Students report to the blacktop area near the tennis courts to sign in for the run. Make-up runs are held rain or shine (report to the gym in the event of rain).
