PE Electives
We are proud to add an elective PE class to our program.
The objective of this elective is to compliment the Physical Education program at Pleasant Grove middle School through physical activity, leadership, and interaction. Students will interact with others in aerobic and fitness related activities to enhance their health, coordination, cooperation and thinking skills while acquiring a basic working fitness and aerobics vocabulary. Students will use this vocabulary appropriately when speaking and writing about aerobic related activities.
