Happy Flannel Friday!


Attention 8th grade students- your yearbook quote submissions are due TODAY!


If you are attending the Wonder field trip, you are not be permitted to bring food into the movie theatre. However, if you want to purchase a snack you will need to have your own money.  Once we return to school, you will have an opportunity to eat lunch.


If you are planning to join the wrestling team this year, your paperwork must be turned in before you are eligible to participate. Practices begin when we get back from break so get your physicals and paperwork completed ASAP.


Thanksgiving Break is next week!  We look forward to seeing everyone back on Monday, November 27th.


100 People Who Changed America: Jane Addams

She devoted her life to helping people less fortunate than herself. From creating the first public playground in Chicago, to the founding of America’s first community center for poor families, she was tireless in her efforts to end the sufferings of the poor. She fought for child labor laws, workers’ rights, and women’s right to vote. She was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1931.
